       Based on the attitude of being highly responsible to the society and users and the factory tenet of “Responsibility on my shoulder is weightier than Mount Tai”, and in order to enhance the company's reputation and establish a corporate image, we provide our users with relevant services to meet their needs to the greatest extent by following our philosophy of “pursuit for high quality and customer satisfaction” and in strict accordance with contract requirements and product technical specifications.        First, product quality:
       1.The manufacturing and testing of products produced by the company have quality records and testing data. Each batch of products has formal test reports. 
       2. We have carried out sampling inspection for each batch of products in strict accordance with national standards, to ensure that each batch of outbound products are qualified.  
       3.The company organizes production in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2008 quality system. The products produced by the company have stable and reliable quality, and can guarantee long-term fire-protection performance except loss of some fireproof effects after the fire under the normal use conditions. 
 
       Second, product price:
       1. We will provide products with preferential prices for our customers without reducing the product technical performance under the same competitive conditions.  
 
       Third, time of delivery:
       1. Time of delivery: We will try to meet user’s demands. If there are any special requirements for early completion, we will organize special overtime production to strive to meet user needs. 
       2. We will provide the following documents to users at the time of delivery: 
       Product Manual
       Product test report
 
       Fourth, Goods return and replacement
       In case of goods return or replacement, contact the After-sales Service Department of the company in advance, and fax the number of returned or replaced goods and related reasons to After-sales Service Department in writing. Time of reception:  (except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) 
       1. Customers shall bear the freights for goods return and re-delivery if goods return or replacement is caused by customers. 
       2. When the products are returned due to customer’s refusal to accept or pick-up for a long time, customers shall bear the freights for goods return and re-delivery.
       3. In case of product package damage, moisture, pollution or deterioration caused by customers, we will not return or replace the goods. 
       4. Customers should return the relevant bills and vouchers such as VAT invoice when returning goods. If the products or bills are lost, damaged or delivered mistakenly during the return process, we will not bear the responsibility. 
       5. Upon receiving the returned or replaced goods, we will organize the testing center to conduct testing and analysis. When the product quality has no problem, we will quickly return the payment for goods or deliver the replaced products.
